Sims 4 Build and Share Challenge #141 - A Small Family in Need
This is my build - Lodam Cottage - for the Sims 4 Build and Share Challenge number 141. Designed with a small family in mind (as the challenge suggests!) it's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a living/kitchen area and plenty of outdoors space. I wanted something cheery, warm and welcoming that was also child friendly. This build comes in at 84 tiles and is therefore a Tier 3 Tiny Build.

Kitted out with plenty of storage and toys, this room couldn't be more perfect for a little boy!

A solar system light! Adding a little bit of fun into the child's bedroom.

The Back Garden
A place to sit outside when the weather is nice.
A swing set so that an area of the garden is for the little boy!
An undercover area for plants and also a hobby table which will allow the mother to start her own business!
