BNS Challenge 101 - Small Touch of Luxury

This challenge was a really quick one, to build a house with no more than 25 tiles of living space, a 5x5 house, if you will. We had a budget of $20,000. The grid lines are on to show the size of the house.

The front of my little house, I wanted a quaint style outside but a more up to date, stylish in side.

As you first go inside you come into the kitchen. I decided to keep it long and narrow to get the most out of this space.

Plenty of shelving for storage.

Next up is the bedroom/living area. A compact little space but it has everything you need, from a reading seat where you can also watch TV from to a comfy bed. 

Plenty of storage space in here too.

This is probably my favourite space in the house, the bathroom. I wanted a stylish take as the bathroom is still quite small. Plenty of plants as well in here to make it more welcoming and bright. 

This is the outdoor space, with a glass roof covering an outdoor eating area. 

 I wanted my sim who will be moving in here to have a couple of ways to make money, one of them being flower arranging. There's also plenty of space to plant anything your sim wishes, freestyle.

 This lot is also right next to a fishing spot so super easy for your sim to get to whilst being two minutes from her door!

BNS Challenge 100 - Bayview Hotel

This is my beach style hotel, set in Brindleton Bay - Bayview Hotel. 

We had a staggering budget of $750,000 so I tried to let my imagination take over.

This is the outside.

Pool Area, complete with a covered bar area and also an outdoor shower area and enclosed bathroom.

An outside play area for the children.

An outdoor but covered stage area, complete with all you need to put on a show. the dance floor completes the area.

The stage area can also be accessed via the pool.

Next we have the outdoor barbecue area, complete with ice cream machines and a freezer display. Perfect for those wanting to enjoy a cone or tub by the pool.

I also decided to have a 'quiet' performance area for those sims wanting a more relaxed evening. Another bar is also here.

You can access the dining room through this passage from the lobby.

There's also an area outside for eating which can be accessed from the outside and the dining room.

Next up is the kids club!

A small kitchen to prepare things for the children.

Three different high chairs to meet all the different needs of the children.

A couple of computers for the older children and also a reading area.

A tv area.

A space for napping.

It's own personal bathroom suitable for children.

The first of the luxury apartments, done in a cool colour scheme.

The second of the luxury apartments done in a warm colour scheme.

Next we have the individual apartments, done in a variety of colours.

The green and white one.

This is the entrance to the upstairs staff area and office.

Which also leads to a spa area.

Outside the spa area there's a zen area, for painting and meditation.

There's also a game room on this level.
