Home Farm BNS #99

This is my entry for the Build n Share challenge number 99. The brief was to build a farm style home for a city couple looking for a simpler life. A country style kitchen was a must with a good sized garden. There also had to be two good sized bedrooms. I decided only one bathroom was necessary but I made it a good quality bathroom.

Home Farm

Floorplans

Entrance Way

 Entrance Hall

Living Room - a small TV, nothing major as the clients wanted a simpler life, but they will still need something to do when it's storming outside!

- Complete with a fireplace!

The living room has an entrance which leads through to the dining area.

The dining room leads through to the kitchen and also the conservatory.

The big country style kitchen

- Complete with a coffee making station (and a backdoor with access to the garden).

The dining area again showing the access to the conservatory.

A cosy seating area to enjoy their conservatory in the peace and quiet.

Now upstairs, this is the upstairs hallway.

This is the spare bedroom, perfect if they have family visiting.

Next up is a nursery, finished in a pink and grey colour scheme, but this could be easily changed to suit the needs of the family.

The high quality finished bathroom. complete with a bath and a shower. Perfect if they add a family pet or have a toddler!

A neutral main bedroom, complete in blue as it's both feminine and masculine and very peaceful. Perfect for relaxation after a long day working on the farm.

Complete with a seating area for reading or just snoozing!

Now out to the backyard.

A porche covering the back door, perfect to get prepared if it starts raining!

A seating area with a grill for preparing meals outside and enjoying the sun.

A greenhouse with planters, perfect to start a herb garden and grow tomatoes!

A small pond to add some character to the garden.

A flower arranging station, perfect to make gifts for friends, or even the possibility to start a flower arranging business! (also, can be used to decorate their home).

An outside sink with all the tools required for gardening.

A patch of garden to start growing their crops, with a scarecrow to help keep those pesky pests away. It's also rumoured you can become friends with him, but who knows.

Possibly my favourite area of the garden, the orchard! A perfect area for growing those trees.

Some overviews of the greenhouse again.

That's it! My build entry for the build n share challenge number 99! You can find it on the gallery here; https://tinyurl.com/yb6lz7aa
